Insurance & Legal Compliance: You are required to maintain appropriate and valid insurance coverage as required by law, and to comply with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements. StormMatch reserves the right to request proof of insurance and legal compliance at any time. Customer Service Standards: You agree to uphold high standards of service, professionalism, and integrity. Any customer complaints or negative feedback may result in immediate review and potential termination of your partnership. No Guarantee of Leads: While StormMatch makes efforts to provide opportunities, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads or business as a result of this partnership. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to respect each other's confidential information and not to share proprietary information or details about the other party’s business without prior consent.
